Please
be aware of the following policies:
- All pick-up/drop off locations will be pre-arranged Seat belts are to be worn at all times.
- There is NO STANDING on the shuttles when they are in operation.
- Passengers will not board or depart from the vehicle until the vehicle has come to a complete stop and the driver has opened the door.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Cell phone use is permitted as long as it is not disruptive to the driver. Parents: Please have your children turn down the volume on the ring tones
- All passengers will obey the driver during pick up, transport, and delivery. The driver may assign seats, if necessary.
- Children must be ready to get on the shuttle when it arrives to pick them up. Please be on time as we want to make sure that everyone makes it where they need to go in a timely fashion.
- We reserve the right to terminate shuttle rides for disruptive children. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. (This includes parents also)
- No fighting, arguing or physical contact with other passengers.
- All About Kids Shuttle, Inc. is not liable for any items left on our shuttles.
All Parents will receive a complete detailed list of Shuttle Rules upon confirmation of reservation.
- All vans receive a rigid check daily.
- All vans are kept spotless.
- All vans are equipped with GPS navigational systems.
- All vans are equipped with safety belts and will be worn at all times.
- Car seats or booster seats will be used according to IL State Law in the Transportation Code.
- All vans exceed state inspection standards for health and safety.
- All vans are equipped with Stabilitrak™
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made no less than 2 hours prior to pick up or customer will be billed in full. In a case of excessive cancellations, All About Kids Shuttle reserves the right to cancel service. All cancellations must be made by phone as email is not always the most timely.
